2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are:

At least 16 years of age

Licensed healthcare professionals or eligible trainees (where applicable)

Located within the United States

By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

All content provided through our courses, materials, website, and communications is for educational purposes only.

Our programs:

Do not constitute medical advice

Do not establish a provider-patient relationship

Are not a substitute for independent clinical judgment

Participants are responsible for applying information in accordance with their professional standards, licensure requirements, and applicable laws.

4. No Collection of Protected Health Information (PHI)

Our platform is not designed for the submission of patient information. Users agree not to upload, submit, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) or confidential patient data through our website.

5. Course Registration and Accounts

To access certain services, users may be required to:

6. Continuing Education (CE) Credits

A. CE Eligibility

CE credits are awarded only when participants:

Meet attendance requirements (if applicable)

Successfully complete any required assessments

Submit accurate licensure information

B. Reporting

We may report course completion to accrediting bodies or licensing boards when required.

Participants are responsible for verifying that a course meets their specific state licensing requirements.

We do not guarantee acceptance of CE credits by every licensing board.

7. Payments and Refunds

A. Payment

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full prior to course access unless otherwise stated.

We use third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information.

B. Refund Policy

Book costs are non-refundable if opened and course code used

No refunds are issued after course completion or CE credit issuance.

Downloadable materials may be non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, videos, graphics, logos, and written materials are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

Users may not:

Reproduce

Distribute

Modify

Share

Record

Resell

Publicly display any course materials without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
